Strength Shop SSB Bar
A local gym, The Luminary Fitness Suite, recently purchased a Safety Squat Bar by Strength Shop so I went to give it a go.
Xtreme Fitness Hartlepool
Xtreme Fitness is based in Hartlepool and is split over 2 floors. It has an abundance of equipment for both cardio and strenght. Oh and the joint owner has won Mr Univers and England's Strongest Man multiple times.
